WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong item, notify us within 5 business days of receipt and we will gladly arrange for replacement. Please provide your order number and the name.

Any items that have been damaged.
Items marked as final sale.
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We take pride in fast and efficient shipping. Please allow up to 2-3 days for your order to process and 3-6 days for delivery. You will get a shipping confirmation and your tracking number via email the day your order has been packed and prepped for shipping.
WHY AM I GETTING CHARGED A CUSTOMS FEE?
Unless you choose DHL, RDB Auto Care does not take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc. Customs charges are different for every country. We do our best to mark your box as a gift or low value but sometimes we have no control over Customs charging taxes and fees.
WHY DOES MY ORDER SHOW AS "IN-TRANSIT" FOR SO LONG?
Any orders that are in transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package has been held up in customs and is requesting a customs fee. If you find nothing at your local customs office, please contact us and we'll discuss issuing a credit for a future order.
